Sir,
When I first came to Dubai I had
actually left Iran, and with due
cause stayed in the mosque attached
to the other side of terminal one
for over thirty days, I picked up a
clear plastic bag from the top of
the municipality garbage can which
contained three very old model Nokia
phones, I fixed one by replacing the
broken casing and began to use what
I thought was a discarded phone,
much to my surprise I was arrested
and the CID consistently is trying
to prove I stole a person’s baggage
from first class departures!!!!
My legal name is “Korosh Khamnei”,
the case was at the prosecutor’s
office the prosecutors name is {“Tariq
Naghvi” case #: 19442 // 2008 //
Korosh Khamnei = defendant}, and now
has been referred to the courts, it
seems pretty serious even though
there is no evidence I did such a
thing? Go figure?
A lawyer would know how to track the
case through the number I have
given, and at this stage many local
people have advised me to get a
lawyer before I find myself serving
a prison sentence!!
I am newly employed in Dubai and
guess I could work out a payment
plan if you would help me?
With all due respect
